Journey to Outer Space with DIVE, Samsung and X

In collaboration with Samsung Mobile U.S and social platform, X, DIVE Billboards reached new heights by taking consumers to outer space! 

Our latest ground-breaking OOH activation showcased the awe-inspiring capabilities of the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Stunning images of Earth taken from the outer reaches of space using the Galaxy S24 Ultra shone from DOOH screens in Times Square, NYC. The breathtaking shots demonstrate Samsung’s claim that their zoom is  truly “out of this world.” 

The campaign coincides with the launch of Samsung’s new Galaxy S24 Ultra, a testament to innovation and encompassing technology that continues to push the boundaries of what's possible. Sent into the cosmos and equipped with state-of-the-art camera features, the Galaxy S24 Ultra embarked on a journey, capturing breathtaking vistas of our planet from a perspective few have witnessed.

The captured images were unveiled on X, and invited users to discover epic space pics straight from the Galaxy S24 Ultra by following #GalaxyS24 and #withGalaxy on the platform. Additionally, users could show their excitement by responding to the brand’s post on X to receive their own photo taken from space #withGalaxy.

The activation builds on DIVE Billboards and X (Twitter)’s established award-winning program, X (Twitter) Billboard, which for years has brought user generated content from X to digital out-of-home screens. DIVE executed the activation utilizing  prime advertising real estate – the Nasdaq, MiFi, and TS2 screens in New York’s iconic Times Square. The DOOH visuals served as a central point of the campaign, directing viewers to join the excitement on X. 

This dynamic creative campaign is a stellar example of DIVE’s work that continues to bridge the gap between our digital and physical worlds.
